মার্কিন সাংবাদিক ও ঔপন্যাসিক। ১৯৫৪ সালে তিনি সাহিত্যে নোবেল পুরস্কার লাভ করেন। ১৯৬১ সালে হেমিংওয়ে আত্মহত্যা করেন। প্রথম বিশ্বযুদ্ধের অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে তিনি A Farewell to Arms উপন্যাসটি রচনা করেন। এ উপন্যাসের চরিত্র- Lieutenant Fredric Henry, Catherine Barkley, Helen Ferguson, Lieutenant Rinaldi.
