A verbal noun is a noun derived from a verb. It exhibits all of the properties of ordinary nouns and none of the properties of verbs. A verbal noun can have plural forms just like a noun. It can also occur with determiners and adjectives.

Gerunds are words that are formed with verbs but act as nouns. They’re very easy to spot, since every gerund is a verb with ing tacked to its tail. There are no exceptions to this rule.

অতীতকালের দুইটি ঘটনা মধ্যে একটি কাজ অবস্থায় চলমান থাকলে সেক্ষেত্রে while বসে ।

Saw একটি transitive verb তাই এর পরে object  হিসেবে Mr. Ali হবে।

শূন্যস্থানে Falling হবে। Falling অর্থ পতনশীল । প্রদত্ত বাক্যটির পরিপূর্ণ অর্থ দাড়ায় - I saw the tree falling down = গাছটা নিচে পড়ে থাকতে দেখলাম।

A Rotten sheep infects the flock = অসৎ সঙ্গে সর্বনাাশ।

এখানে, শূন্যস্থানে Seemed হবে Seemed অর্থ মনে হওয়া। তাহলে প্রদত্ত বাক্যের অর্থ দাড়ায় - He seemed very thirsty - তাকে খুব তৃষ্ণার্ত মনে হয়েছিল।
